You may have seen this site before - I hadn't. Runsweet.com is a UK-based advice site that covers diabetes and exercise. They have a very effective case-study approach to illustrating various activities.

Yeah, I believe it was Tom Beesley who was at PyB back in 2003 who started the site.  Is that right??
