According to a post on everestnews.com, Boyan and co. will be moving to Camp 2 as early as today (July 9, 2009).  Here is the summary without edits:
"This summer Bulgarian climbers Nikolay Petkov, Doychin Boyanov, Boyan Petrov and Nikolay Valkov will attempt to ascent Gasherbrum I (8068m) and Gasherbrum II (8035m) in Pakistan.
